We are solely and securely funded by a single source. We are independent. And, we are laser-focused on reshaping the health care system to lower costs, and we need your help to usher in a new era of health care delivery.
We aim to build a culture that unites our organization and keeps our employees active and engaged. From our IDEAtion series, where we challenge employees from the top down and across the organization to brainstorm the next big solution to help lower health care costs, to monthly happy hours, ping pong tournaments and volunteering at the Gary & Mary West Senior Wellness Center, we are always looking for exciting and interesting ways to build upon and foster our organization’s culture.
We understand that we can’t make a difference without approaching the health care cost problem from every side. Our employees come from a variety of backgrounds and bring a multitude of expertise-from practicing physicians and clinicians, to prominent engineering talent guiding our research and development, to successful entrepreneurs who’ve built their own companies, to leading talent in finance, technology, communications and business development that help West Health operate every day.
