West Health hosted its first IDEA Series breakfast, giving an overview of how two local healthcare facilities have deployed new medical grade wireless networks that allow seamless communications in hospitals. Featuring Paul Peabody, CIO of Palomar Health, Bruce Rainey, corporate VP of construction and facilities at Scripps Health and Ed Cantwell, West Health’s project lead for the Medical Grade Wireless Utility, the panel discussed how West Health’s network architecture helped make these facilities the Wireless Hospital of the Future.
