Advancing Geriatric Emergency Care: Best Practices and Accreditation Strategies

UC San Diego Health and West Health hosted a webinar for clinical emergency department leaders who are interested in pursuing Geriatric Emergency Department (GED) accreditation. This course is designed for emergency department (ED) clinical leaders interested in pursuing GED accreditation, such as ED medical directors, ED physician champions, ED nurse champions, and hospital leaders. Aligned to the Governor’s Master Plan for Aging (MPA) to expand the network of GEDs throughout California, this session provides geriatric education tailored for emergency department clinical leaders and shares key resources to ensure a successful GED accreditation application.
