In her role as Vice President of Operations and Human Resources, Siobhan Graham brings 20 years of leadership experience to advance West Health’s mission to lower healthcare costs to enable seniors to successfully age in place with access to high-quality, affordable health and support services that preserve and protect their dignity, quality of life and independence.
At West Health, Siobhan leads the operations and executive administrative team and provides strategic oversight of our administrative, human resources, operational, and information technology needs. She is instrumental in helping to shape our culture, increase employee engagement, recruit top talent, and create an efficient and productive work environment.
Prior to joining West Health, Siobhan’s career included serving as the chief of staff for the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation along with 15 years in HR management positions with McGraw-Hill, Sanyo and Maxwell Technologies. She earned her undergraduate degree in Ireland and holds a professional certificate in human resources management from University of California, San Diego. Siobhan is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute.
